# PrimeTriad

> Independent permissionless Fractal Bitcoin (FB) Hybrid PPS+ mining pool, PrimeIndexer staking, merged BTC+FB mining (Beta), and self-hosted index mining infrastructure.

## What is PrimeTriad?

PrimeTriad is an independent, operator-run Fractal Bitcoin platform that runs:
- A **permissionless Hybrid PPS+ Stratum mining pool** (main product) at `pool.primetriad.com:3334` (Europe: `eu.pool.primetriad.com:3334`, Singapore: `sg.pool.primetriad.com:3334`) — open to all Stratum miners (ASICs, Zyber/Bitaxe, and other FB-capable hardware)
- **Merged mining (Beta)** — PROP-N AuxPoW BTC+FB on ports `3340–3342` (same hosts as Hybrid PPS+)
- **PrimeIndexer staking** — stake / unstake / claim FIP-101 rewards at https://primetriad.com/staking
- **Index mining** infrastructure (full node, indexer, proof publishing)
- A public live pool dashboard at https://pool.primetriad.com

Miners connect with no account, no KYC, and no Lightning. Payouts are **on-chain FB**.

## Mining pool (for miners)

- **Stratum URL (global):** `stratum+tcp://pool.primetriad.com:3334`
- **Stratum URL (Europe):** `stratum+tcp://eu.pool.primetriad.com:3334` — lower latency for EU miners; same ports `3335` (Zyber/Bitaxe / sub-TH) / `3334` (Zyber 8G / 12G / mid-size) / `3336`
- **Stratum URL (Singapore):** `stratum+tcp://sg.pool.primetriad.com:3334` — lower latency for APAC miners; same ports `3335` (Zyber/Bitaxe / sub-TH) / `3334` (Zyber 8G / 12G / mid-size) / `3336`
- **Username:** your Fractal Bitcoin address (optional `.ZyberBlanc` worker suffix; bigger box `.zyber12g`)
- **Password:** `x` (vardiff auto-adjusts) or `d=32` for a per-worker difficulty floor

### Reward model — Hybrid PPS+ (main product)

1. **PPS+ credits:** each accepted share earns FB from `diff / networkDiff × reward` after a **1.5%** fee
2. **Block finder:** **2 FB** paid in the coinbase (jackpot)
3. **Buffer:** matured block remainder funds the PPS+ risk book
4. **Payouts:** on-chain FB; minimum **0.1 FB**, every **6h**

## Merged mining (Beta)

- Separate product from Hybrid PPS+. One ASIC hash, Bitcoin + Fractal AuxPoW.
- **Ports:** `3340` (Zyber/Bitaxe / small), `3341` (default), `3342` (high / rental) on `pool.primetriad.com`, `eu.pool.primetriad.com`, and `sg.pool.primetriad.com`
- **Username:** Bitcoin address (optional `.ZyberBlanc`; bigger box `.zyber12g`)
- **Password:** Fractal Bitcoin address (not `x`)
- **Model:** PROP-N when a block is found — not per-share Hybrid PPS+
- **Finder:** 1 BTC on a Bitcoin find, 2 FB on a Fractal find; **1.5%** fee

- **Bind:** stake ≥ 1 FB to PrimeIndexer at https://primetriad.com/staking with the same FB address used as Stratum username
- **Link:** on https://pool.primetriad.com look up the miner, connect UniSat, enable “Pay PPS to stake address”
- Binding without that link still pays the mining address. Merged mining (3340–3342) does not compound.
